Zarnitzky - Heifetz Construction Projects Monitoring Ltd. is active in the fields of feasibility studies and profitability analysis, evaluations, and project monitoring from the real estate appraisers, economists and engineering aspects, for the Israeli commercial banking system and for private developers.
The Company provides consultation in development and appreciation of real estate, and in providing economic and engineering opinions for the building industry and for specific building projects. Zarnitzky - Heifetz is also involved in examining proposed plans for projects and in compiling a property directory for various companies and institutions, development and betterment of projects and examining various aspects of gaining planning permits and the subsequent liability of paying development land tax.
Zarnitzky - Heifetz has actively monitored construction projects in a wide range of areas that include: residential, industrial, commercial, office, hotel, old age homes, public sector projects, and rental sector projects.
The Company has already evaluated and monitored some 285 construction projects on behalf of the Israeli banking system and private investors, which consists of around 16,000 residential units, and with projects totaling of over 3.9 million square meters of built area.
