Avi Heifetz, President, CEO
Avi Heifetz is the CEO of A. Heifetz and Co. since he founded the Company in 1988. Prior to establishing A. Heifetz & Co., Mr. Heifetz served as senior vice president of Leumi & Co., one of Israel's largest investment banks, where he was responsible for private placements, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing. From 1975 to 1980, he was managing director of the Economics and Planning Department at the Ministry of Transportation. In this capacity, Mr. Heifetz also sat on the boards of directors of the government's civil aviation and shipping companies and was a member of the board of the Energy Council, the National Planning Council, and other government research institutions. Before joining the Ministry of Transportation, he served as aviation project manager for the World Bank and development and financial consultant to the Israel Discount Bank. Mr. Heifetz, who has also been a teacher in the Department of Business Administration at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, holds an MBA -finance (Hebrew University).

Doron Shemer, Chief Analyst - Financial Services
Doron joined A. Heifetz & Co. in 1993. He is responsible for preparing valuations, economic researches, business plans and feasibility studies, as well as for consulting companies on capital raising issues, mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings and investment management.
Doron holds BA in economics and business management (The Hebrew University, 1992) and MA in business management (The Hebrew University, 1994).

Alon Segal, Chief Analyst - Construction Sector
Alon joined A. Heifetz & Co. in 1992. He heads the construction projects monitoring unit in Zarnitzky-Heifetz and responsible for preparing valuations, economic researches, business plans and feasibility studies for real estate related projects.
Alon holds BA in Economics and Business Management (The Hebrew University, 1991) and MBA, finance & information systems (The Hebrew University, 1995). Alon is currently completing accountancy studies (The Hebrew University, 1999).

Eliahou Hasson, Project Financing & Economic Advisor
Mr. Hasson has served as the Director General of the Transport Ministry, held key executive positions in Bank Leumi and the Bank of Israel and served as the manager of the Commercial Planning and Market Research Department of El Al. Mr. Hasson has held several postions abroad, such as an advisor to banks in Latvia, Costa Rica & Ecuador, director and advisor to a number of companies listed on the American stock exchange, and general manager for the AVB Development Co. in the Ivory Coast. Mr. Hasson was also involved in the construction of two hydroelectric plants and resettlement of over 100,000 people.
Mr. Hasson holds an MA in Economics.

Hanoch Rappaport, Investment Manager
Hanoch joined A. Heifetz & Co. in 1998. He is responsible for the hi-tech financing activity, including managing the investment process, monitoring portfolio companies and maintaining liaison with the network of private and institutional investors. From 1992 to 1995, Hanoch served as a corporate credit officer in Bank Hapoalim.
Hanoch holds BA in Economics and Political Science (Bar Ilan University, 1993) and MBA (TISOM, 1997).

Marcel G. Margolis, Real Estate Appraiser
Marcel has over 17 years of experience in the property industry, including: preparation of real estate appraisal reports, feasibility studies, structural surveys, property management, project monitoring and property consulting.
Marcel holds B.Sc. in Urban Estate Management and M.Sc in Urban Land Appraisal. He is A.R.I.C.S.- A Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Great Britain, as well as a Israeli Certified Appraiser and Member of Israeli Land Valuers Society.

Assaf Katsav, Analyst
Assaf joined A. Heifetz & Co. in 1997. He specializes in preparing valuations, economic researches, business plans and feasibility studies. From 1994 to 1997, Assaf served as an economist in the economic department of Intel Israel.
Assaf holds B.A. in Economics and Business Management (The Hebrew University, 1994) and MBA, Finance and Marketing (The Hebrew University, 2000).
