B.O. Team Ltd. was established in 2000 for the purpose of initiating, co-ordinating, and managing the organization and preparation of infrastructure tenders on behalf of investment companies and strategic partners who will make up the appropriate group involved in each project.
B.O. Team offers the advantage of the knowledge and experience of its managers, Avi Heifetz, Zvi Rapaport and Israel Kourz acquired over the years, in the following fields:
- Preparation of complex tenders and practical management utilizing the B.O.T. method. The Company has already cooperated with several leading groups. One of the partners manages the development of a complex project in the environment field in the North of Israel.

The Company:
The Company operates from its offices based in Herzelya Pituach, and a branch office located in Jerusalem. The Company is able to call on a staff of ten (10) experts including economists, urban planners, engineers, real estate appraisers, financial advisors and analysts. The administration of the Company enables us, if necessary, to take full responsibility for the technical aspects (turnkey system).
